These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our sportswear manufacturing services provided by Murad Ali International. By engaging in business with us, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using our services.

1. Ordering and Payment

To place an order with us, you must provide accurate and complete information about the products you require. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion.

1.2 Payment:

Payment terms will be agreed upon before the commencement of any manufacturing services. Payment must be made according to the agreed-upon schedule. We accept various payment methods, as specified in the invoice.


2. Manufacturing and Production

2.1 Production Time:

The production time for your order will be specified in your contract or purchase order. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon deadlines.

2.2 Customization:

If you require customized products, you are responsible for providing accurate design specifications and materials. We are not liable for any inaccuracies or errors in the provided specifications.

2.3 Quality Control:

We have a quality control process in place to ensure the highest standard of products. We are not responsible for any defects or damages that occur after the product leaves our facility unless caused by our negligence.


3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Shipping Method:

We will choose the shipping method unless otherwise specified by you. Shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon.

3.2 Delivery:

We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage that occurs during transit. Any claims should be directed to the shipping carrier.

3.3 Delivery Inspection:

Upon receipt of your order, you should inspect the products for any damages or defects. Any issues must be reported to us within given days of delivery.


4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Returns:

Both parties agree to keep any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of business confidential and not disclose it to third parties without written consent.


7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate our services or your order if you violate these Terms, engage in unethical practices, or for any other valid reason.


8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sialkot Chamber of Commerce. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sialkot Chamber of Commerce.


9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time, and the revised version will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or providing notice to you.
